Estimation Engineer Required

Region: Riyadh

We are looking for an estimation engineer who has more than 5 years of experience in the Saudi market and can speak English as well as Arabic. Job descriptions are as below:

1. Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications

2. Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and BOQs

3. Request and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors

4. Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment

5. Apply markups, contingencies, and profit margins to build final pricing

6. Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, planning, and engineering)

7. Develop and format commercial and technical bid proposals

8. Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines

9. Attend site visits or pre-bid meetings

10. Respond to client clarifications and revise bids as needed
