Senior Property Manager/Team Leader

Working under a professional, friendly, and experienced director of a real estate agency, we need a senior PM to step into a team leader/pod leader-style role in Melbourne's inner suburbs.

Responsibilities:

You will manage 160 high-end residential properties *around the Armadale area. With a leasing consultant and administrator on the team, you can use/delegate to them also.

The Company:

This is a stable, high-end, established office selling high-end properties in the inner southeastern suburbs. 2x offices located off High St, in the Stonnington area (Toorak/Armadale); you can work from either.

A team of 15+ friendly staff and a stable office with ~3 years average tenure of employment (not bad for property management).

Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5pm with 1 hour lunch, 1 in 8 Saturdays with time in lieu also

Parking is located at the office. There are ~12 spots at the back of the office for the 15+ staff; first in, best dressed. Otherwise, there is free 4-hour parking around the office.

Money: Expect to earn $85,000 + Super + Comms and Bonuses, with a review to $95,000 + Super after 6 months (pending performance and actually managing the pod of 3 staff)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- Real Estate/Property experience, ideally in senior roles and has trained an assistant property manager

- Corporately presented

- Strong written and spoken skills

- Agent's Rep, Car and Driver's Licence
