Senior Recruitment Consultant - Property and Real Estate

Due to growth in our Melbourne office, you will join our existing real estate and property team to be 4 consultants + an associate in this division. We are expanding due to high demand for our services.

You will have the opportunity to take over one of our top-performing director's recruitment desks as they transition into another sector of recruitment.

You will be given a handover to manage this HOT $600K+ billings desk and be expected to take home 35-55% of this in your first year! Earn up to 300K+ for hitting and exceeding your targets.

This is our Strata Management Recruitment desk:

1 interview process, usually for candidates

Clients LIKE using Recruiters

Candidates LIKE engaging with Recruiters

~15K + GST average fee, can fill jobs in days, not weeks

Desk covering all of Melbourne, you have no "borders/limits."

Heaps of jobs and candidates, recession proof sector to recruit

Recruit roles from 80-200K.

JOB DUTIES:

- Work Monday to Friday 9-5:00pm (after hours/WFH at your and our discretion)

- Chase up and perform recruitment duties, end-to-end, plus help from our full-time candidate finder.

- HOT clients, fees signed and hot jobs and leads to chase, recruiting for Australia's top Strata Management, Property Management and Real Estate Companies

- Interview candidates, form and re-establish relationships, work with warm and hot relationships, and place candidates in permanent full-time jobs.

Using JobAdder, LinkedIn, and MS Office 365. You will have a new laptop, a business phone, and A-grade commercial office space with a huge kitchen, lockers, a shower, a private boardroom, and top-of-the-line facilities.

Profit share, equity, and other options for high-performing staff from year 2 exist!

WHAT'S ON OFFER:

> Base Salary/Retainer (negotiable) of $80-$130K + Commissions as approx 35-55% of billings inc Super or thereabouts (negotiable based on experience)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- Real Estate/Property and Recruitment Experience (essential)

- Excellently presented and strong written and spoken skills

- Clean car and driver's licence (ideally, not essential)
