We are looking for a detail-oriented person to join our operations team.

About the Role:

We are looking for an agile, detail-oriented, and problem-solving individual to join our team as a full-time operations assistant. Reporting to the director, this role will support smooth operations of the business and help our team in its daily requirements.

Your responsibilities as an operations assistant will include:

Support the team in various admin and ops tasks

Place inventory orders with suppliers

Checking of our warehouse inventory

Monitor and respond to emails

Assist customers with problems

Coordinate and execute special projects , ensuring timely and successful completion.

Assist in organising advertising materials and merchandise for our stores

General office administration.

Travel Planning

This role would suit someone with:

Demonstrated experience in a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Strong planning and organization skills.

Proficiency in Excel.

Ability to take direction and use initiative.

A willingness to support the team and keen to learn.

Experience using Excel
