Administration Officer - Maternity Contract (6–12 Months)

Jewell Moore is an innovative chartered accounting firm with a focus on business clients. We focus on growing a relationship with our clients to support their own growth as opposed to a transactional compliance service.
The Role
We are currently recruiting an administrative officer with the following skills and experience to join a fantastic team. The vacancy is due to a maternity leave vacancy; however, there is a possibility that the role may become full-time.
Attention to detail must be of high importance along with excellent communication and good IT skills. This is a dynamic role that will expose you to a broad range of duties in a professional office.
You will be responsible for:
Assisting clients with their inquiries - over the phone and face to face;
Assisting with preparation of documentation and contracts as required;
Accounts Receivable;
Supporting the Accountants and Administration staff;
Reception duties as needed;
General administration/office duties
Skills Requirements
You will be a dedicated team member with a high attention to detail. You will take pride in your work and thrive in a busy working environment. Additionally, you will possess the following:
Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills;
High standard of customer service;
Solid computer skills in Word and Excel;
Ability to prioritise, time manage and meet deadlines

An enquiring mind and the want to learn
Remuneration will be based on relevant experience
