We are looking for amazing , skilled, happy, easy-to-get-along-with (love-my-job) hairdressers in our luxury Rebecca Oates Salon in East Fremantle. 18 stations in a spectacular layout.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advanced Hair Styling & Cutting Techniques

Provide precision cutting, styling, and color services tailored to high-end clientele.

Stay updated on luxury hair trends, innovative techniques, and emerging styles.

Offer specialized services such as keratin treatments, balayage, and hair extensions.

Perform in-depth hair consultations to deliver a bespoke experience for each client.

2. Luxury Client Experience & Relationship Management

Deliver a high-quality service in alignment with the salon’s luxury standards.

Build and maintain a clientele through exceptional service and personalized recommendations.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion when serving clients.

Educate clients on premium hair care products and treatments to enhance their salon experience.

3. Professionalism & Brand Representation

Uphold the salon’s brand image, dress code, and service etiquette.

Work collaboratively with the team to enhance salon ambiance and experience.

Participate in editorial shoots, brand campaigns, and influencer collaborations.

Engage in social media marketing by showcasing work, trends, and salon promotions.

4. Product Knowledge & Upselling

Demonstrate expertise in high-end haircare brands (e.g., Oribe, Kerastase, Olaplex).

Recommend customized product regimens to enhance client hair health and home care.

Promote and upsell treatments, retail products, and premium services.

5. Education & Industry Leadership

Stay ahead of industry trends by attending fashion events, trade shows, and masterclasses.

Mentor junior stylists and apprentices in cutting, coloring, and client relations.

Offer in-depth hair and scalp health assessments to support long-term client care.

6. Salon Hygiene & Safety Compliance

Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sterilization, and workplace safety standards.

Maintain a pristine, luxury salon environment aligned with premium customer expectations.

Follow state regulations regarding sanitation, licensing, and industry best practices.

7. Business Growth & Client Retention

Actively contribute to salon growth through client referrals and repeat bookings.

Maintain a client database with detailed service history and preferences.

Offer seasonal promotions, exclusive packages, or memberships for high-end clientele.

- Ability to work both independently & as part of a happy, cooperative team

- Basic end of day, cash handling & salon admin duties

- Present & promote your work via ours and your social media

Salary: $74,000.00–$85,000.00 per year

Hairdressing Qualification:

Certificate III or higher in Hairdressing (Preferred)

Need to be able to clearly converse with clients and on phones in English language
