The opportunity:
We’re looking for an experienced grant writer to drive new funding and revenue opportunities. You’ll own the end?to?end process—from scanning government and philanthropic funding streams to crafting persuasive, evidence?based grant submissions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a hands-on, outcomes-focused role that works closely with executives, service leaders and partners to shape compelling proposals aligned with our community impact goals.
What you'll do:
Identify and pursue new government and philanthropic funding opportunities
Develop tailored solutions and service models in collaboration with service leaders that align with funding opportunities
Write high-quality, persuasive grant and tender submissions
Build funding pipelines aligned to our services and strategic goals
Collaborate across teams to shape project ideas and budgets
Our ideal candidate:
Must have proven success in writing and winning government grants and tenders
Strong project coordination skills
Comfortable navigating multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
Strategic thinker who can spot opportunities and turn ideas into action
