You will be at the forefront of the action, helping deliver and manage a vast portfolio of exciting commercial/industrial projects across the Perth region, ensuring projects run smoothly and on time.

What You'll Do:

Oversee all phases of construction on-site, from pre-construction to project completion.

Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to meet project deadlines.

Ensure that the site complies with all safety regulations and quality standards.

Liaise with clients, architects, and project stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.

Manage the project schedule, budgets, and resources, ensuring optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Maintain high standards of site organization, cleanliness, and safety protocols.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years' experience in a site manager/supervisor role, delivering commercial construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and industry regulations.

Great leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

A commitment to quality, safety, and excellence on every project.
