About the Role:
WorkPac is currently in search of a Planner/Scheduler—Cranes and Transport to join our esteemed client's team based in Paraburdoo/West Angelas. This position is based on a FIFO 5:2, 4:3 roster from Perth for a 6-month duration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule crane and transport assets across East and West Pilbara sites
Optimise fleet use and personnel allocation to reduce external hire costs
Coordinate closely with site and internal planning teams to maximise resource efficiency
Use SAP, Microsoft Project, and Excel to manage scheduling tasks and reporting
Support crane supervisors and execution teams with scheduling and work management
Assist with planning for sustaining capital and coordinating external vendor resources
Contribute to weekly reporting on resource and asset utilisation metrics
Skills and Experience:
Experience in planning, scheduling or logistics roles
Proficient in Excel, SAP, and Microsoft Project
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Knowledge of crane operations or capacity planning is an advantage
Commitment to safety and understanding of work management processes
C-Class WA Drivers Licence
