About the Department:
The Department of Education is dedicated to building an inclusive and diverse workforce that reflects the community and schools we support by treating everyone with respect and dignity. This starts with recruitment and selection. The methods of assessing suitability in the recruitment process may vary. This includes making reasonable adjustments to support applicants at all stages of the process and employee lifecycle.
What your day will look like:
Every day, you'll apply your clinical knowledge and decision-making to deliver targeted therapeutic interventions that address mild to moderate mental health needs of students and make a positive impact in the lives of children and young people. Collaborating with key school staff and working directly with students and families, you'll support the mental health needs of students, ensure exceptional service standards, and contribute to innovative approaches in supporting the needs of young people in an education setting.
