A boutique financial services group on Sydney’s North Shore is offering a part-time opportunity to join its wealth management division. Known for its integrated approach—combining accounting, legal, lending, and financial planning—the business delivers personalized strategies with a strong emphasis on transparency and service.

This position suits someone who thrives in a professional, team-oriented environment and enjoys building client relationships. The role supports senior financial planners and plays a key part in delivering a smooth and responsive client experience.

What the Role Involves

Acting as a key contact for clients, handling day-to-day queries with professionalism and care

Supporting the implementation of financial advice and overseeing associated documentation

Ensuring compliance requirements are met across all administrative processes

Maintaining up-to-date records, preparing reports, and coordinating review meetings

Liaising internally with advisers and other service lines to ensure a seamless client journey

What Experience Is Required

Background in financial planning or wealth management, ideally in a client service or support capacity

Strong attention to detail and an ability to work independently

Confidence with client interaction, both verbal and written

A methodical approach to managing processes and documentation

Proficiency with financial planning software and standard office systems
