The Opportunity
They are seeking a highly driven project manager to lead and deliver end-to-end construction of water treatment plant projects. You’ll oversee multidisciplinary teams, liaise with stakeholders, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure every project meets our safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, lead, and deliver water treatment plant construction projects from concept through to completion
Manage project scope, schedule, cost, procurement, and risk
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental legislation
Lead project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
Report on project performance and drive continuous improvement
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (mandatory)
Demonstrated experience delivering water-related construction projects such as water treatment plants, pump stations, or processing plants up to $2 million in value
An understanding of water treatment technologies (reverse osmosis, membrane technology…) and construction practices (desirable)
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of Australian standards, WHS, and environmental regulations
Full Australian working rights
Able to travel to site on an ad hoc basis for commissioning works
On offer
$160,000–$170,000 annual salary + superannuation
