Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious dozer operators with proven experience operating heavy mobile plants in a mining environment. This role plays a vital part in supporting production and maintaining haul roads, dumps, and stockpiles within a structured and safety-driven site. The successful candidate will work closely with supervisors and mine operations coordinators to deliver consistent operational performance while upholding strict safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate dozers to support production and site maintenance

Carry out push work, clean-up, stockpile management, and other dozer related tasks

Work collaboratively with site personnel to meet operational targets

Adhere to site safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations

Requirements:

Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory

Valid Class C manual driver’s licence

Relevant ticket and experience operating large mining dozers (e.g., D10, D11)

Ability to successfully pass medical assessments and drug and alcohol screening
