Clerk Grade 7/8 - Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $110,266.00 to $122,058.00 + super

The role As a people data analyst, you’ll play a key role in turning workforce data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the department. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and teams to deliver high-quality reporting, analysis, and visualizations that help shape people initiatives and improve organizational outcomes.
You’ll navigate complex datasets, juggle multiple priorities, and stay on top of evolving data practices—all while contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking team. Your work will directly support operational needs and compliance requirements, making a real impact on how the department understands and supports its people.
About you—we're looking for someone who:
Has hands-on experience with HR data systems and analytics tools, including advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power BI skills.
Can confidently analyze and interpret complex data to uncover trends and insights.
Communicates clearly and collaborates well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Understands the importance of data governance, quality, and compliance.
Brings a curious mindset and a drive to continuously improve reporting and analysis processes.
