We’re hiring for two roles:
A Speech Pathologist (ideally with 2+ years experience) , or A Speech Pathology Allied Health Assistant (final-year student or Cert IV qualified)

Speech Pathologist Role Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive assessments and tailored therapy for speech, language, social communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication difficulties
Develop and deliver therapy plans based on client-centred and evidence-based practice
Maintain detailed client records in line with NDIS and organisational requirements
Liaise with families, support workers, educators, and other allied health providers
Meet realistic billable targets with supportive time for documentation and non-face-to-face tasks
AHA Role Responsibilities:
Deliver therapy sessions under the supervision and guidance of a senior Speech Pathologist
Implement therapy programs across speech, language, social skills, and AAC
Support children and adults in achieving NDIS goals
Document session notes and liaise with your supervising clinician
Participate in team meetings, training, and reflective supervision
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Speech Pathologist: Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology, SPA registration (or eligible), minimum 1–2 years clinical experience
AHA: Final-year Speech Pathology student or Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent)
Strong communication and time-management skills
Experience working with NDIS participants preferred but not essential
Ability to work independently and remotely with a high level of initiative
Other Requirements (Both Roles):
Current Driver’s Licence and access to reliable vehicle
Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain
National Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
RRHAN-EC training for school visits (or willingness to obtain)
