$110K–$130K + Super + Bonus

Our client is a top ASX50 industry leader; they’re looking for a commercially minded commercial finance analyst to involve in operations. 

This role is key in driving strategic initiatives, financial performance, partnering with senior stakeholders and executives, and supporting long-term growth journeys.

Responsibilities:

Effective Finance business partnering, building close relationship to Divisional Operations Leaders and local Finance teams to add value and insight

Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning.

PandL Management: Monitor profit and loss performance, offering insights for improvement.

Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct analysis, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.

Process Improvement: Enhance financial processes to streamline reporting and forecasting.

Help to drive collaboration efforts between Finance and Operations, facilitating improved communication and collaboration, driving strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

CA or CPA qualifications

FMCG/Supply Chain or Logistics experience will be high regarded

2-3 years of commercial experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communications skills to build relationships with stakeholders
