The Opportunity:
We’re on the lookout for a part-time, creative, and passionate decorator/product finisher to join our Healesville team, working between 15 and 25 hours per week. This hands-on role involves crafting and finishing a wide range of beloved bakery treats—from zoomers, donuts, and personalized shortbreads to our iconic vanilla slice and the legendary Beesting.
You'll work closely with our front-of-house team to help deliver not just great products but memorable experiences that keep our customers coming back for more.
Key Responsibilities:
Decorate and finish a variety of bakery products to a high standard.
Maintain strong product knowledge and presentation consistency.
Accurately follow recipe cards, including weights and measurements.
Support the wider bakery team as needed, including learning some front-of-house duties such as customer service.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of creativity, precision, and a passion for hospitality.
You’ll ideally have:
Trade qualifications (pastry or equivalent)—desirable but not essential for experienced candidates.
Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
A reliable and punctual work ethic.
Previous experience in a fast-paced food or bakery environment.
