Casual opportunities are available across different departments: surgical ward, medical ward, orthopedic and ENT ward, day surgery unit, cath lab, theaters, and HDU.
About you
The registered nurse is responsible for providing safe, effective, and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment. As this is a casual position, you will be offered shifts in various areas of the hospital, including our surgical ward, medical ward, orthopedic and ENT ward, day surgery unit, cath lab, theaters, and HDU. This provides you with the flexibility to choose your availability and the area you like to work in while providing the benefit of being part of a team.
What you bring
AHPRA Registration
Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting
Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
