The Narre Warren South Campus is seeking a full-time Property Services Team Member. This role is ideal for gardeners, groundskeepers, landscapers, or tradies seeking a career change to use their practical skills to serve their local community. Work in a supportive team with permanent employment!
Waverley Christian College is a forward-thinking and culturally diverse Christian co-educational school from Kinder to Year 12. We have been providing students with a quality Christian educational experience for over 45 years. With campuses in Wantirna South and Narre Warren South, Waverley Christian College has an enrollment of over 2400 students with 400 staff across both campuses in 2025.
We are seeking a capable tradesperson or individual who is keen to apply their skills in a variety of disciplines to assist with the maintenance program within the school. The full-time role will assist in gardening, grounds work, maintenance, building projects, and security, with a focus on grounds maintenance. Hours are generally 7:30am–4pm, with an option for some flexibility to do a late shift once a week as required.

You are an ideal candidate if you:
Groundskeeping, gardening, and/or landscaping skills will be highly regarded
Are highly motivated
Are Health and Safety minded
Have some building and property maintenance experience
Have excellent problem-solving skills

Have high level communication and interpersonal skills
Are able to show a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education
