The Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS) is seeking a dedicated and experienced person to join our dynamic customer services team.
As a customer services manager, you are the relationship manager for ACHS accreditation members within Australia with responsibility for contract management and supporting healthcare organizations with the implementation of their accreditation programs.
To be successful in this role, you will have knowledge of Australian healthcare accreditation standards, be customer-centric, have experience in contract management, have effective communication skills, and have excellent time management skills.
This is a full-time contract with the potential to become permanent. The role is based in Sydney, with a hybrid work-from-home and attendance-at-the-office arrangement. The role also requires some interstate travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships and accreditation service contracts
Provide tailored support and guidance to healthcare organisations
Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of ACHS accreditation services
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated experience in client relationship and contract management
Strong customer-focused approach to service delivery
Knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards, such as the NSQHS Standards
Practical experience in implementing accreditation programs within a healthcare setting
Prior management-level experience in a healthcare organization
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong time management and workload prioritization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications
Experience reviewing reports
Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health-related field
