The Role:
This part-time, newly defined role will see you drive the planning, execution, and optimization of our social media and digital campaigns. As a subject matter expert, you'll deliver best-in-class strategies and content across platforms, supporting engagement, lead generation, and campaign alignment. Your hands-on approach will support integrated marketing efforts that help us better connect with our communities and customers.
Key responsibilities include
Act as the organisation's trusted expert in social media content and paid advertising strategy
Deliver organic and paid social media campaigns that align with the overarching content strategy
Develop and implement a consistent, responsive approach to community management
Manage all stages of social content creation, from concept to publishing and performance reporting
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure digital activities support broader marketing and organisational goals
Report on social channel performance, offering optimisation insights and recommendations
Lead and prioritise social tasks as a project manager, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes
Support the broader marketing remit outside of social media as required
Your Profile:
You are a skilled digital marketer with hands-on expertise in content development, campaign optimization, and stakeholder engagement. Known for your creativity, collaboration, and strategic thinking, you're comfortable managing multiple channels and projects.
You will bring:
3+ years' experience in a similar digital or campaign marketing role
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in social media content, advertising and performance
Strong writing, editing and proofing skills for content and campaign execution
Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate cross-functionally
Experience reporting on campaign effectiveness and providing actionable insights
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
A proactive, agile mindset with a 'can-do' approach to problem-solving
