About PM ON CALL

At PM ON CALL, we support busy property managers across Perth by handling their external inspections and reporting needs. From routine inspections and property condition reports to final bond inspections and home openings, we take the pressure off with professionalism, attention to detail, and accuracy.

A Day in the Life of a Property Inspector:

Kick start the day with your favorite or funniest Podcast while you head to pick up and return keys from local real estate offices

Attend properties and complete detailed reports using mobile apps (all training provided)

Take high-quality photos of properties for documentation

Record voice memos for Property Condition Reports (No typing required)

Prepare written reports for Routine and Final Bond Inspections

Upload reports and photos daily—from home or our office, your choice

What you’ll need:

A strong interest in Property Management (studying or qualified welcome!)

A current driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle

A laptop with Microsoft Word (365) and reliable home internet

An iPhone 12 or newer, with confidence using tech

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

A polished, professional appearance

Great attention to detail and the ability to work independently

A proactive mindset and a positive attitude

Role Availability:

Casual—Part-Time Option (2-4 Days/Week)

School hours are accommodated as we understand what work-life balance is really about.
