Your new role:
This is a 12-month, full-time, fixed-term opportunity.
As the product manager, you will be the primary coordinator and communicator across the Mental Health Squad’s product delivery. The role will provide oversight of all sprint activities from planning to go-live. You will be the single point of contact across the entire Mental Health Squad for any digital design & development requirements and approvals and ensure a steady flow of productivity through the sprint cycle to ensure that the scope and timing of each sprint cycle are adhered to.
You will need to possess and demonstrate leadership and proactive stakeholder management across the business to engage early in the exploration phase and bring new opportunities into the digital team to ideate and implement effectively. You need to be able to navigate the business to ensure we are engaging the right stakeholders at the right time to rapidly move through the product development lifecycle.
In this role, you will also be the key relationship manager for our external partners to manage our pipeline of work holistically and ensure we have opportunities sized, planned, and delivered as required.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a fast go-to-market environment, the ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion, and proactively seek out opportunities to automate our delivery processes.
Key responsibilities include
Define and drive the digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Mental Health Squad.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products using Agile methods, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Identify customer needs and translate them into prioritized product features that drive impact.
Launch, test, and iterate digital products and features based on data and user feedback.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and legal.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and keep them aligned with product goals and progress.
Champion a customer-centric approach to improve experience, loyalty, and advocacy.
Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and team ceremonies to maintain delivery momentum.
Support and develop team capability, creating opportunities for growth and learning.
Contribute to the broader business strategy and help scale our mental health mission
There are some skills you must possess...
5+ years’ experience leading digital teams in delivery, product, or senior producer roles.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product decisions.
Proven ability to deliver complex digital projects autonomously and drive results.
Deep understanding of platform standards, human interface guidelines, and digital best practices.
Technically literate—able to understand and translate tech requirements.
Creative, analytical, and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
Collaborative and curious mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience building high-performing, motivated teams and fostering a positive culture.
