About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual who is eager to learn, grow, and build a career in the mortgage industry. A willingness to learn and strong attention to detail are essential.

Experience in non-bank lending, SMSF loans, and overseas/expat lending products is highly preferred. We welcome candidates with a background in major banks as well.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial assessments for all loan scenario enquiries assigned by brokers and identify suitable lender options.

Package loan applications, collect and verify supporting documents, and submit to lenders for pre-approvals, refinances, and purchases.

Complete necessary forms (e.g. finance application, FHOG) and compliance documentation.

Review and scrutinize loan documents to ensure compliance with lender, aggregator, and regulatory requirements.

Assist in maintaining high-quality loan applications through ongoing quality control.

Proactively manage loan application progress and follow up on outstanding requirements with brokers and clients.

Liaise with lenders, conveyancers, and other third parties to ensure timely approval and settlement.

Ensure all service levels and turnaround times are consistently met.

Support brokers from application through to settlement, delivering outstanding client experience.

Provide high-quality administrative support and keep up to date with lender policies and procedures.

Perform other tasks relevant to the role as required.

Role Requirements

Diploma or Certificate IV of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management

Prior experience in mortgage or loan processing, broker support, or a role within mortgage management is highly regarded.

Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritise, and work under pressure to meet deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working across multiple lender systems and CRMs

Team player with a proactive and positive attitude

Strong commitment to compliance, accuracy, and delivering exceptional client service
