5+ years in senior executive leadership roles within high-transactional service environments such as health, disability, health insurance, aged care, or similar complex, customer-facing sectors
A proven ability to lead large-scale, mobile, multidisciplinary teams
Strategic insight combined with operational precision
Commercial and financial acumen—someone who understands both margin and mission
Change leadership credentials, especially within policy and funding landscapes like NDIS or aged care
A powerful communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder
A passion for impact, inclusion, and empowering others
Tertiary qualifications in business, health, human services, or a related field are required.
