About the Company

Mancave Barber Shop is a well-established barber shop based in Melbourne. We are a small, tight-knit business that provides barbering services to people of all ages.

Currently with 1 store located in Burwood East and a second location in Docklands, we are endeavoring to open more around Melbourne. We are seeking experienced barbers to join our businesses at both locations. The ideal candidates will join our friendly team on a permanent full-time and/or part-time basis.

About the position              

As a barber, your responsibilities will involve

Traditional barbering such as skin fades, cutthroat, advanced clipper scissors, stylings, and shavings

Styling hair using chemical solutions and styling tools

Customer service and working in a fast-paced environment

Linking customers to our services and upselling of our products

Supervising apprentices and trainees

Providing hairstyle suggestions to clients

Requirements

In order to establish your career within this position, you will require the following attributes and attitude:

Industry-qualified

At least 2-3 years experience as a barber/stylist

Reliable and a good work ethic

Attention to detail

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Thrive under a fast-paced environment
