Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and personable receptionist and customer service representative who will be the welcoming face of our company. This critical role involves managing initial customer interactions, creating a lasting positive impression, and handling complex customer queries, particularly concerning warranty queries and matters in the first instance.
You will effectively manage challenging conversations with grace, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring customers feel heard, respected, and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors warmly, ensuring a professional and positive first impression.
Handle phone calls and customer inquiries, managing and directing them appropriately.
Craft clear, professional emails and presentations as required.
Act as a line of response for warranty and customer service issues, demonstrating the ability to diffuse difficult situations.
Communicate with customers, ensuring they feel valued and heard.
Effectively triage and escalate complex queries to the appropriate personnel within Crusader
Provide administrative support to the managing director.
Liaise regularly with the Customer Liaison Manager, ensuring seamless service continuity.
Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficiency in crafting professional emails, presentations, and written correspondence.
Proven experience handling customer queries with patience, diplomacy, and tact.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure.
Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly direct queries to appropriate channels.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous experience in a customer-focused role is essential.
Experience in managing warranty or technical support queries is highly regarded but not essential.
