Salary range: $3777.60 to $4453.50 p.a. (Classification)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
Mandatory: Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification: a diploma in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Work or Primary Health Care.
Mandatory: It is a genuine occupational requirement that this position be filled by an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person as permitted by, and arguable under, Sections 25, 104, and 105 of the QLD Anti-Disc. Act (1991).
Good leadership skills with the ability to provide high-level management and leadership of staff, using initiative and judgment in resolving workplace issues in a cross-cultural environment, will be highly regarded.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in client liaison, advocacy, and teamwork will be highly regarded.
Driver's license: This position requires the incumbent to operate a ‘C' class manual and automatic vehicle, and an appropriate license endorsement to operate this type of vehicle is required.
This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
Probation period may apply.
