Job Description: Plastic Recycling Machine Operator (Extruder)

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of a technical institute specializing in plastics and possess a solid understanding of polymer mechanical properties, recycling processes, and extrusion operations.

Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor plastic recycling extruder machines in accordance with standard operating procedures. Set up machines based on material type and production requirements. Ensure consistent quality of output materials by monitoring temperature, pressure, and feed rates. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment. Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure materials meet required specifications. Keep accurate records of production data, maintenance activities, and materials used. Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times.

Requirements: Diploma or degree from a recognized institute specializing in plastics or polymer engineering. Good understanding of the mechanical properties of polymers. Knowledge of plastic recycling techniques, processes, and machinery. Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication). Familiarity with extrusion machine operation and material handling. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Additional Information: Shift work required. Training will be provided for candidates with strong technical backgrounds.
