Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated air conditioning technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified tradesman with experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities: Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems for residential and commercial properties. Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency. Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements of parts. Collaborate with team members to complete installations and projects within scheduled timelines. Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns in a professional manner. Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used and services provided.

Requirements: Completion of a 4th-year apprenticeship program in HVAC or equivalent experience as a tradesman. Proficiency in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of air conditioning systems. Strong understanding of HVAC principles, electrical systems, and refrigeration mechanics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver's license. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
