Enterprise Account Executive—Supply Chain Automation SaaS
Our client, a leading provider of supply chain automation solutions backed by significant VC investment, is expanding their Australian team and is looking to bring on an experienced enterprise AE to drive sales, working closely with the local leader. With cutting-edge solutions for automating supply chain processes and enhancing operational efficiency, they empower enterprises to streamline logistics, reduce costs, and boost scalability amidst rapidly changing market demands.
As an Enterprise AE, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities with a strong focus across the retail and ecommerce sectors. Leveraging your expertise in strategic account mapping and your deep understanding of supply chain operations, you'll partner with key stakeholders to help optimize their supply chain performance through innovative automation solutions.
On offer: $150,000-180,000 + Super + $300,000-360,000 OTE uncapped
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive new business across ANZ.
Identify and qualify high-value sales opportunities within enterprise accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations, understanding their supply chain challenges and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, solutions architects, and product experts, to develop tailored solutions that address client requirements.
Drive the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting and discovery to negotiation and contract closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth.
To excel in this role, you'll ideally possess:
3-5+ years of proven success in software sales, preferably with experience in ERP.
Strong relationships within the retail or ecommerce sectors.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and build long-term client relationships.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, particularly in identifying and addressing complex supply chain challenges within enterprise environments.
Self-motivation and resilience to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.
