Perfect role for an experienced and energetic administrator, open to grow in this key role as our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) arm expands.

The Role

Reporting to the Centacare Institute Manager, this part time (0.8 FTE), Monday to Friday role is being offered on a 12-month fixed term basis. It is located in the Adelaide CBD at the Centacare Head Office. As an RTO Administration and Compliance Coordinator, you will support the Institute Manager and educators by coordinating all administrative and compliance-related functions to ensure smooth operation of the RTO and adherence to ASQA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all RTO administration processes, including student enrolments, course delivery, and completions

Respond to learner enquiries and support learners throughout their study journey

Maintain the integrity of learner records and ensure accurate data entry in student management systems

Oversee compliance and reporting requirements, including AVETMISS, STELA, and ASQA standards

Assist in coordinating trainers, course schedules, and preparation of learning materials

Develop and maintain RTO policies, procedures, and administrative systems to support training delivery

Support payment processing, invoicing, and promotion of RTO courses

Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of RTO compliance and administration practices

What you need to bring

Essential

Proven experience in RTO administration and compliance

Strong understanding of ASQA standards and national reporting systems (e.g. AVETMISS, STELA)

Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in administrative work

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently manage responsibilities

Familiarity with student management systems and learning management platforms is an advantage

Prior to receiving a formal offer of employment with Centacare, the following documents must be provided for this role:

Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Evidence of right to work in Australia
