Rapanui, bordering the southern boundary of Dryandra National Park, home of the numbats, is 25 km from Williams & Narrogin and 180 km from Perth, WA.

Looking for a full-time manager & operator to share the spraying, seeding, and harvesting with the owners and their young family. Assist in running a team of people, fostering the next generation of farmers, and working with globetrotters.

We’re looking for someone with attention to detail in the paddock who will keep the booms straight and the neighbor's crops standing. Adequate training will be offered where required.

We have modern gear and are really looking for someone just as passionate as we are to run a team of people through the year and share the load a bit. Remuneration and leave can be negotiated to reach a balance for all parties.

Large cropping program with a moderate Merino flock: This person would work amongst a team, train operators, love farming, have a sense of humility to others, and support and offset leave with the owners.

The applicant would be willing to take some responsibility and potentially more if that's the ambition.

Residents are either in Narrogin with a neat 3 x 1½ house or on a farm with a few other options, including a 5 x 2 ducted AC with a large shed.
