The Role:

Manage the full sales lifecycle. From lead generation and inquiries to contract exchange and settlement.

Provide variation register schedules to the development team, ensuring timely updates on project changes.

Oversee on-site sales suite operations, housekeeping, inventory, hardware, and collateral supplies.

Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and lead data.

Monitor buyer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a positive brand experience.

Coordinate with settlement teams to ensure a smooth post-sale experience for buyers.

Administrative—Maintain sales kit (Dropbox) and materials for selling purposes.

Price List Distribution.

Commission Processing.

Sales Reporting—Weekly Enquiries, Platform Performance, Agent Performance, Conversion Rate, and Fallout Rate.

Booking Coordination: Organize bookings for valuations, pre-settlement inspections, and key handovers.

Advise the sales director of any complaints issues immediately—KPI.

Weekly Meeting with Onsite Agent.

Support the marketing team as directed by the directors and other ad hoc

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate sector is preferred. Skills in contract preparation are advantageous.

A thorough understanding of the buying and selling process is required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, follow, and give instructions efficiently.

Proficiency in Propertybase Real Estate Platform.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ability to conduct market research and utilize that information effectively is important.

Collaborating effectively with multiple agents and departments is also essential.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
