What You’ll Be Doing

Problem-Solving Pro: Troubleshoot and resolve hydraulic, engine, and mechanical issues precisely and quickly, to meet even under tight deadlines.

Team Leader: Mentor and guide your crew to excel, maintaining open communication and high standards.

Safety Champion: Drive a culture of safety, complying with and exceeding HSE standards.

Essential Experience We’re Looking For

Proven expertise in preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and hydraulic troubleshooting.

Experienced in engine rebuilding and working within tight schedules.

Skilled in reading and interpreting technical specifications and maintenance records.

Critical thinker with the ability to adapt to last-minute changes.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with clients and internal teams.

Hands-on experience with tools, equipment, and emergency procedures related to plant and machinery maintenance.

Based in Perth or willing to relocate, with unrestricted Australian working rights.

Holds an unrestricted open driver’s licence.
