What You Will Be Doing 

The pediatric registrar works in an inpatient environment within the children’s ward, SCN, WHU, and ED, as well as attending deliveries and theater when required. The registrar also works across a wide variety of clinics.

It is accredited for Advanced Training—General Pediatrics with Perinatal Medicine.

This position is open to both continuing basic and advanced trainees. *Continuing Basic Trainees are those who have completed the time-based training requirements but have other requirements, such as examinations, to complete before progressing to Advanced Training.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:

MBBS or equivalent

Accepted on the RACP BPT or AT in Paediatrics

General or provisional registration as a Medical Practitioner (General , Provisional, Level 3 supervision minimum)

Relevant experience in clinical management in Paediatrics and Neonates

Teaching skills
