Are you passionate about coffee and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Baristas to join our team at both of our vibrant venues in Mentone and Glen Iris!

Key Responsibilities:

Crafting high-quality espresso-based beverages with attention to detail

Providing friendly, efficient service to customers

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Assisting with inventory and stock management

Collaborating with the team to create an enjoyable atmosphere for our guests

What We're Looking For:

Previous barista experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!

A genuine passion for coffee and customer service

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility and reliability with working hours
