Work-from-Home Sales Executive (Arabic & English Speaking)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced sales executive to join our remote team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English, have prior sales experience, and be able to work independently from a dedicated home office setup. You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to potential clients in Arabic and English

Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions and product offerings

Maintain strong follow-up with prospects to convert leads into sales

Manage and update the CRM system with lead and sales activity

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth post-sales support

Provide timely reports and insights to the sales manager

Requirements:

Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory

Proven track record in sales (B2B or B2C preferred)

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-driven

Ability to work independently without supervision

A quiet and professional home office setup (free from background noise or frequent interruptions)

Laptop or desktop with webcam

Stable high-speed internet connection

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

Prior remote work experience is a plus

Familiarity with regional market trends in the Middle East or GCC countries
