NDIS Support Worker/Entry-Level Support Coordinator
Hourly Rate: $45/hour
Employment Type: Subcontractor casual
Hours: Estimated 6-10 hours per week, with potential to grow
Location: Working from home with possibility of client visits

We're looking for someone reliable, compassionate, and motivated to join our growing team as an NDIS Support Worker/Entry-Level Support Coordinator.
About the Role
This is a dual role that combines hands-on support work with support coordination tasks. There is an opportunity to progress into support coordination, managing your own caseload. You’ll help participants achieve their goals, live independently, and access the services they need.
Key Responsibilities
Support participants to understand and use their NDIS plans
Help coordinate supports and liaise with providers and services
Maintain accurate notes and progress reports
Provide direct in-home and community-based support to NDIS participants
Assist with daily living activities, community access, and goal achievement
What We’re Looking For
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable, proactive, and person-centred approach
Passion for helping others and willingness to learn
Prior experience in a mental health or community-related role
Able to work as part of a team and independently
Comfortable using basic office technology and your own phone and computer for work purposes
Requirements
ABN (Australian Business Number)
Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance (or willing to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
Tertiary qualification (or currently studying), ideally in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Allied Health, Community Services, Counselling, or similar
Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
