A manufacturing company established for over 36 years is seeking an experienced CNC tube laser cutting operator to join their laser cutting division.

The applicant must be reliable and self-motivated, work with minimum supervision, and be QA- and OHandS-minded.

The applicant will have/be:

Previous experience with programming/operating a CNC tube laser cutting machine is an advantage if you have experience on a Mazak tube laser machine.

ability to inspect edge-cut quality and check for correct dimensions

ability to read manufacturing drawings

ability to load/unload laser-cut parts

accurately tag and identify all cut components

keep the work area neat and organized.

committed to safe working practices

methodical approach to work QA and work procedures

good communication skills

good decision-making skills

forklift license—an advantage

perform other duties as instructed and assigned
