Now, we’re looking for a passionate trainer/assessor to deliver exceptional training across a range of nationally recognized courses.

About the Role

As a key member of our Training Division, you will deliver engaging, practical training to clients on-site and at our Salisbury facility. Courses include:

Height Safety

Confined Space Entry and Rescue

Fire Warden

Work Health and Safety

First Aid & Advanced First Aid

Emergency Response & Vertical Rescue

Fire Team Training

This is a dynamic role requiring occasional travel across Queensland to support client needs.

What You’ll Bring

Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (including LLN competencies)

Experience in emergency response—especially fire-based training

Strong communication and facilitation skills

A proactive, safety-first mindset

Excellent time management and ability to work independently

Written and verbal communication that inspires and informs
