AUD 90000-100000 per annum + comms (OTE $130k+)

A well-established, privately owned property group dedicated to helping clients grow their investment portfolios and achieve long-term financial success through smart property strategies. With an in-house strategy team, finance partners, and a fully supported call center, you'll be handed pre-approved clients who already have a plan in place—your job is to go out and find the right deals. This role is perfect for someone with at least 12 months of experience in a buyer’s agency and a proven track record in closing deals, ready to hit the ground running and transact property across Australia.

This buyer's agent opportunity will give you:

A high base salary to $100,000 + commissions (get paid on every deal that comes through the office)

Daily tasks will include:

Conduct thorough buyer consultations to understand client needs and preferences.

Populate research and analysis reports to present to clients.

Utilize market knowledge to identify and present suitable properties to clients.

Guide clients through property buying, from property search to closing.

Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure the best possible deals.

Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

Requirements:

Certificate of Registration at a minimum

 Proven experience as a buyer's agent with 12 months experience minimum

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Customer-focused, wanting to help clients achieve their real estate goals.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Confident with networking opportunities for business

Not afraid to transact with property all over Australia
