Support participants to exercise choice and control, make informed decisions, and achieve their goals
Monitor service delivery, manage risks, and resolve barriers impacting participants’ progress
Prepare for NDIS plan reviews, including compiling reports and supporting documentation
Maintain accurate records and uphold high standards of confidentiality and compliance
What you’ll bring
You’ll bring strong relationship-building skills, problem-solving ability, and a genuine passion for empowering people with disabilities.
We’re looking for someone with:
Experience working in disability, community services, social work, or similar human services fields
Knowledge of the NDIS, or the ability to quickly acquire this knowledge
Strong understanding of choice and control principles and participants’ rights
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to problem-solve, negotiate solutions, and manage competing priorities
High standards of confidentiality and professional integrity
Proficiency in digital tools and record-keeping systems
You will also need to hold (or have the ability to obtain):
A current Ochre Card
National Criminal History Check
