$165,000–$180,000 per year

The Company

Our client is a privately owned premium builder-developer renowned for its strong portfolio of landmark high-end residential and commercial projects across the NSW metro region.

The close-knit team is looking for a finishes site foreman for their in-house construction team to deliver on the finishes on their landmark residential project in Waterloo.

A financially rewarding and longstanding position with a premier privately owned developer-builder with a strong pipeline of ongoing projects and work.

Your Role

Manage and synchronize trades to ensure smooth construction operations.

Stay updated on site construction regulations to ensure compliance.

Oversee quality assurance to maintain high standards of workmanship.

Conduct safety audits to identify and address potential hazards.

Follow project specifications with accuracy and attention to detail.

Develop and manage project schedules to meet deadlines and goals.

Inspect work, identify defects, and implement corrective measures.

Assess and manage material orders to ensure timely resource availability.

Update senior management on project progress, issues, and milestones.

Ensure adequate manpower and resources to meet project needs.

Conduct toolbox talks and site inductions to communicate safety protocols and project requirements.

You will have

Must have experience in multi-residential Class 2 construction.

Preferably 5+ years in building and construction firms.

Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and WH&S guidelines.

Effective leadership and reporting abilities.

Team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.

Mandarin-speaking is a plus but not required.
