We’re on the hunt for a skilled and motivated SOUS CHEF to join our passionate kitchen team at a well-regarded Italian restaurant in the Elsternwick area.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to work alongside a highly established and professional head chef.

About Copycat Bar and Restaurant:

Copycat serves dinner from Wednesday to Sunday and lunch on weekends, inspired by Italian dining. Our menu changes with the seasons, focusing on simple food made from quality ingredients.

We blend a lively bar with a passionate kitchen to create a unique dining experience, making us a favorite in Elsternwick.

What we are looking for:

Required minimum 3 years of experience

Detailed knowledge of food and produce

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant

Have full Australian working rights

Available to work nights and weekends

Certificate IV in commercial cookery or equivalent
