Competitive salary up to $90,000 + super, plus tools of the trade

Your day-to-day will include:

Managing a tidy and systemized portfolio of 170 residential properties, with the support of a dedicated Assistant

Handling all aspects of property management: maintenance, lease renewals, rent reviews, and more

Conducting entry and exit condition reports where required

Liaising with landlords, tenants, and trades to ensure seamless tenancy operations

Using PropertyMe and Inspection Express in a streamlined, tech-savvy environment

Working independently and confidently while on-site—autonomy is key in this role

We're looking for someone who:

Has a minimum of 4 years' experience in property management

Is confident working autonomously—much of your time will be spent on-site independently

Holds a current Certificate of Registration (essential)

Has a valid driver’s license

Brings strong communication and client relationship skills

Has excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
