We’re looking for reliable, safety-focused TMA Drivers/Traffic Controllers to join our growing crew. If you take pride in your work, value being part of a team, and can handle both roles confidently, we want to hear from you.

We’re after people who are willing to work in with the crew to get the job done right and who are available for casual shifts, including a mix of day and night work. Experience is preferred but not essential—what matters most is a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine commitment to teamwork.

All applicants must have at minimum:

Control Traffic with Stop/Slow Bat (TC1 and TC2)

Implement Traffic Management Plan (TMI1 and TMI2)

Licence to drive a heavy rigid vehicle

Construction Induction

Hi-visibility clothing and 2-way radio

Employment history with contactable references

We are looking for well-presented, proactive traffic employees capable of implementing traffic guidance schemes and who are willing to commit to a company long-term for ongoing and upcoming works. We pay award rates and comply with superannuation and CoInvest (long service leave) payment requirements.
