The Role

We’re seeking a driven business development manager to join our team, covering the greater Melbourne region. This hybrid role combines face-to-face client interaction, remote work, and time in the office.

You’ll focus on growing revenue by:

Managing and upselling to an existing portfolio of dealership clients

Generating new business through consultative sales

Providing ongoing support to ensure client success and retention

Representing high-demand, exclusive software solutions

Building trusted relationships across Vic and interstate

About You

We’re looking for a motivated sales professional with:

A proven track record in B2B sales

Experience in automotive, technology, or software sales (preferred, not essential)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Confidence working with senior decision-makers

Ability to travel regionally and interstate when required

All strong sales backgrounds will be considered.
