We are looking for a part-time content creator to assist with building our brand.

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for digital content? Do you have a knack for turning ideas into engaging social media posts? We are on the lookout for a part-time content creator to join our growing team and help bring our brand to life across multiple channels.

Are you:

Self-driven and motivated

Proven video editing skills with a strong reel/portfolio

Independent and comfortable working solo without constant direction

Proactive in suggesting content ideas and improvements

Organised, with the ability to manage your own schedule and hit deadlines

Familiar with digital marketing tools and analytics

Genuinely excited about content creation and always looking for ways to improve

Role:

Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media, email, and blog platforms tailored toward superannuation and financial services

Design static and animated graphics

Collaborate with our team to develop content calendars and campaigns

Repurpose existing content into new formats to maximise reach and engagement

Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and values

Bring ideas to the table, and bring them to life Management of the day-to-day of our social media accounts

Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid and organic strategies

Stay up-to-date with digital trends in financial services and use analytics to inform future content

Skills:

Strong writing skills and creativity

Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express)

Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently

A passion for storytelling and connecting with an audience

Basic video editing skills (Reels, TikToks, etc.)

Experience using scheduling tools

Knowledge of SEO and blog writing best practices

Ability to analyse and clearly report on content performance, campaign analytics, and success metrics to guide data-driven decisions and optimise future strategies
