We’re looking for a full-time riding coach who’s ready to grow their career in a supportive, purpose-driven team. What You’ll Be Part Of

As a coach at The Parklands Stables, you’ll:

Deliver thoughtful, progressive riding lessons across a range of levels

Build trust and confidence with both new and returning riders

Contribute to a team culture that values professionalism, kindness, and teamwork

Help educate and maintain our horses to a high standard

Be supported in your own coaching journey and riding development

Represent a school that values quality, not shortcuts

Who You Are

You’re a coach who:

Holds (or is working toward) EA coaching accreditation or an equivalent qualification

Has current First Aid (HLTAID011) and a Working With Children Check (NSW)

Brings a steady, encouraging approach to riders of all ages

Communicates clearly and professionally with both clients and colleagues

Enjoys teaching with purpose—and continues to learn yourself

Believes in doing things properly, from stable to saddle, and is a creative thinker with a growth mindset

What We Offer

A full-time role (38–40 hrs/week), including some weekends

$60,000–$75,000 salary (based on experience) + super

Location
